  Thanks for your posting. One other thing is that individual American states have their own personal laws that will affect house owners, which makes it very hard for the our lawmakers to come up with a new set of rules concerning home foreclosure on house owners. The problem is that a state has got own legal guidelines which may have impact in an unwanted manner in relation to foreclosure policies.
